Phone number not captured in email

Would love some advice and help with this as I’ve tried for days with no result! Thanks so much in advance.
The phone number from Contact form 7 field is not captured in the email but all other info like first name, email and message are captured fine. Please see below email received and form labels in wordpress.

[tel your-tel] </label><label> Subject
[text your-subject] </label><label> Your Message

You only need to use
[your-tel]in the email body instead of[tel your-tel].
