    I started using “Mailchimp for WooCommerce” and configured it correctly. The synchronisation process for the orders finished without errors.
    Later I found a single problem – the field “Phone Number” for all contacts in the audience list is empty.
    I am using the latest version of WordPress(5.2.3), WooCommerce(3.7.0) an the latest version of “Mailchimp for WooCommerce”(2.2.4). I also tried to “Force synch” the the orders/contacts. Does not help.

    Is it this a bug or I have to do something else. Please let me know.

    Hi @sveslavchev, out of the box, the plugin does not send phone numbers over to a subscriber. However, you may implement this by configuring custom merge tags for your site. Please check out our GitHub Wiki article for more information: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/wiki/Custom-Merge-Tags.

    Thanks @khungate for the quick and complete answer.

    I was confused because of the empty column “Phone Number” in the audience grid. One would expect that every column in the grid is representing data, which is synchronised by default.
