Phone Number (Better) ‘if required’ not working correctly?

    Hi All,

    When filling out a form with a Phone Number field, I can submit the form without entering a number – The ‘if required’ checkbox is selected.

    I have added in 2 screenshots for front end & back end.

    I should turn on DEBUG and start checking out where the error is coming from re: GitHub?
