    Hello

    Clients website has received a few orders using paypal express via your free plugin. However their phone number doesnt appear in woocommerce on the order details, is this a setting in the plugin? or paypal? or does it not bring it across if they use paypal express?

    Can you advise on what the best method is to use paypal and receive the customers phone number please?

    To help us better understand the issue, please share the screenshot of the order edit page and the PayPal log of the affected order from the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page.

    On all other orders using klana/stripe, in the clients order details their phone number appears. With all the PayPal orders via your plugin, the only customer details that appear are name, address, email.

    hello, can you advise how i send the logs in private?

    Do you need them though to see there phone number is not coming from paypal to woocommerce via your plugin, as i couldnt see the phone number in the logs, only the customers name, address and email

    You may send the logs using this link. Additionally, please share the WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report) and screenshots of the plugin settings page & the order edit page as well.

    Additionally, please make sure that you have made the mobile number a required field from your PayPal account settings page.
