    Hi all,
I need some help with the bill form please. The phone number is optional and I still need to enter a mobile phone number to validate the command.

  • Hi,

This error is probably a conflict between plugins, so it would also be helpful if you could run a plugin conflict test to find out which plugin or theme might be conflicting with Fluid Checkout.

Basically, you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:

    Best,
    Alan.

    Hi Alan,
I hope you are doing well.
Yes, I think the issue was due to the additional plugin Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, which was causing a conflict. I renamed the bill-form.php file, and the phone field became operational again. I proceeded to conduct about 20 tests on different browsers and mobile devices, and everything seems to be working fine now.

Thank you for your response, Alan.
    Regards,
    Tiger Click
