Phone field removal

    hello all, im having an issue with my checkout, even though in the “customization-WooCommerce-checkout-make phone field hidden or optional” even tho i choose it to be hidden or optional, i am not able to finish the checkout as it always gives the error that “country code+ number field are required” thank you in advance for your help. i have used a snippet to hide some of the feields however i tried doing it through the customization it didnt work

    in addition im having an issue with the menu button location, where i was able to fix it’s location via css code, however i am also using Gtranslate for the site to be in Arabic and when that happens the menu is just floating in the air (like in the SS) can you help me with that too if possible?

    I TRIED CONTACTING COSTUMER SUPPORT BUT NO ANSWER ??

    I understand you set the phone field to be hidden or optional in customization, but checkout still requires a country code and number.

    Please share a screenshot where you set the phone field as optional or hidden.
    This sounds like a feature of your theme.

    I visited your site and went through the checkout process. Since it is customized, clicking the “Place Order” button directed me to WhatsApp. I did not encounter any issues, so please share a video showing the steps to reproduce the error.

    The menu issue is likely related to your theme’s styling or how GTranslate handles layout adjustments. Since the site layout changes when switching to Arabic, I recommend reaching out to theme support for assistance.

    May I ask which customer support you tried to contact?
