Phone and Tablet Recycling Service

Im interested to know if this plugin could be used to set up a small Iphone and Ipad recycling service.

Basically the user comes on, they select what they want to sell, then based on it being “Good Condition” or “Broken” they are offered a price if they accept then they fill out their details and submit it, they then send us the phone/ tablet and we pay them out.
