php open_basedir warning related to DBIP-City.mmdb

    In my server logs I see the following php error:
    PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/wwwmatomo/DBIP-City.mmdb) is not within the allowed path(s): (...) in /www/wp-content/plugins/matomo/classes/WpMatomo/Paths.php on line 183
    If the DBIP integration relies on this, I suppose this makes it fail?
