    I encountered a bug – I assumed it was my fault! ?? Some kind of conflict between plugins or something. Who knows?
    Not only was I contacted BY A HUMAN from Premio.io, but she asked if she could solve the issue for me – via TeamView or by me inviting her to my website as a user. Before I could respond, their techs had created a patch and emailed it to me. Again, proactively, the Customer Success Manager reached out to ensure that the problem was able to be solved. And it was!!!

    All this for a free user?! Too good to be true? Believe it. I can’t say enough about what this kind of service and attention means to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    And the plugin itself is pretty darn nice as well!!!! Great work Premio team!
