phenoix not working when bulk rename and/or retitle

  • the bulk feature when rename and retitle not working. Please to assist. Every feature in the setting is ticked also.

    Plugin I use :

    elementor

    elementor pro

    woocommerce plugins

    marketing plugins

    jetpack plugins

    wordfence but deactivated it to see if it was the problem. Same issue!

    Phoenix Media Rename gives you an error message?

    I don’t know “marketing plugin” and didn’t find it in the official WordPress repository, can you tell me where to get the plugin, so that I can test the compatibility with it?
