Hello,

we cancelled the Pro Lisence in 2021. For 2022 we didn′t have any problems. In April 2023 you debited our bank account with 24 US-Dollar again. We didn′t activate anything though. I deactivced the licence in dashboard in WordPress now. Can you transfer us the money back please? We didn′t activate anything and also didn′t use your service.
