Phantom Jetpack plugin

I try to install Jetpack through the WordPress for iPhone app. Every time it says the plugin is already installed.

I check the plugin list on the desktop admin page, and in the plugin editor, and there’s no record of Jetpack being installed. So I can’t uninstall what I can’t find, so that I can reinstall it in hopes of it actually working,

Is there a compatibility issue with SlimStat? (or is that the same thing?)

Ideas? Solutions?
