“Phantom” donors

  • Hi Matt –

    Great plugin! ??

    Just curious. How is it that I have Donors on my Donors list that have a zero amount donated when I have the minimum donation set to a specific amount. I also have Custom Amount enabled and have tried to “donate” 0.00 but that does not show up in the list.

    No big deal, just wondering ??

    HI Lyle,

    I’m not sure, I’d need a lot more info in order to say with authority what is happening. Are you requiring login/registration on any of your forms? Are you using a Role customizer like “User Role Editor” at all — maybe some of your site users Roles or Capabilities got assigned as Give User. The more detail you can provide about how visitors use your website and register and whatnot the more helpful I can be.

    There is no login / registration on the site. The only form is a Formidable Forms basic contact form with Google reCAPTCHA. No user role editors or the like. A basic site.
