pg_Forums_Widget title output adjustment

First, love the plugin and thank you so much for the work that’s gone in to it.

The issue I’m having is that the title for the (PG) Forums List widget is being displayed outside of the standard widget wrapper — the widget title is being echoed on line 112 in bbp-private-groups/includes/pg_forum_widgets.php while the before_widget output is echoed on lines 132 and 147 which means in the final HTML output the header isn’t contained in the widget markup.

This means that styles applied to headings inside of widgets are not applied as the heading falls outside of the standard widget markup.

If possible, in a future release, could the header output be echoed after the before_widget echoes so that it is output inside of the standard widget markup?

We’re on deadline now so I can’t contribute much beyond this forum post but if it’s helpful we’d be happy to submit a patch/pull request for this fix if that’s easier.
