Petition Won’t Save

  • Short Version: When creating a petition, the petition says it saves, but there is no shortcode, and going to Edit Petition shows an empty form.

    Long Version: I had the free version for years and it was working, but limited to the one free petition. I upgraded, but could not get the verification to work (it timed out). So to get the petition working in the meantime, I uninstalled everything and started from scratch. Installing the free version, I can enter a new petition, but the information disappears upon reopening the page and no shortcodes are created.

    Can you please try de-activating the plugin and reactivating it. There is a bug that this fixes, but I can’t recreate the bug myself to find out the cause.

    I did try deactivating and reactivating because I saw you recommend that on another thread. Same result afterwards.

    i also tried multiple browsers in case there was a caching issue.
