• Bad support, the payment plugin does not work !!!

    He comprado el tema Oslo y funciona muy mal, lleno de defectos, el soporte es inexistente, no contestan ni resuelven nada, os voy a denunciar y solicitar la devolución del pago!!!
    Me han echo perder tiempo en el desarrollo de la página, más ahora tener que buscar una alternativa!!!

    No lo recomiendo para nada. Creo que son unos estafadores!!!

    Hello,

    thank you very much for your review. I’m sorry that you feel that way but we actually always answered on your support tickets. Unfortunately you sent them many times to us in spanish language and altough we told you that we’re not able to offer support in spanish you kept sending your tickets in spanish.

    Further on that it seems like from the beginning you had an unfriendly attitude against us and always expected an immediate answer to your questions while most of the questions could be solved with help of our documentation. On top of that you sent a ticket to us on weekend and spammed all over our Facebook Page because you haven’t got an answer immediately.

    I’m really sorry to tell you but this is not how things work. Most of our clients are happy with us and appreceate our work. And at least all have a friendly and professional tone.

    But to get now onto the content of your review – again, we’re unfortunately not able to offer support in spanish thus it makes it a little bit unfair that you write your 1-Star Review in spanish. However, thanks a lot for your feedback and all the best

    That’s a lie!!! only the last comments were written in Spanish because I was tired of not responding, I can pass the history of my requests for information, and I’m not the only one who has said the same, since there are more comments on the page of the plugin with the same problem. The answers to my questions never came, only when I have become hostile as you say ….
    In the end I had to solve the problems on my own, and there are still failures, as when there are two properties in the same street it does not allow to discriminate or select on the map individually, nor does the user role ListingAgent work properly, since it does not allow edit the ads, I had to install a role plugin and give the user the role of editor and then limit the access to the wordpress board to remove menus that do not miss the LisitngsAgent … among other defects more!
