    I am needing to send an email, after the customer has completed the purchase, with a detailed text for each event.
    I have tried to add the text in the “email text” section but it does not work.

    In every event you will see there is an email text box; you need to use this for individual emails for each event. But you need to also set up the email settings correctly.

    Please go to Event Settings -> Email Settings page, tick the completed order status, and put the subject and email from the name and address.

    The Email From address should be the same domain name as your website; otherwise, it will not reach the customer’s email inbox.
