    Hello,
    The “Public Mode” in advanced settings allows Users to see every tickets and to reply to every tickets too. Is it possible to limit the Users to only see every tickets but not to reply to them ?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible in the current version of the plugin. It is a good suggestion and we have taken this in our suggestion list for further development. It will be available in the future updates of the plugin.
