"Personalize" fields do not populate when viewed in Browser

  • Hi Josh,

    When I put the SendPress variable fields into my emails (like *|FNAME|* and *|LNAME|*), they work perfectly in the email itself. They get filled in with the relevant information for the recipient.

    However, when the recipient clicks the “View it in your browser” link, the page they get taken to does not populate. They will see “Hello *|FNAME|* *|LNAME|*”.
