Personalize Confirmation Email

    Hi

    I’m using this plugin to set up a form and subscribe users to a list. However, we want to send them personalized confirmation email and right now a generic Mailchimp one is being sent.

    Is it possible to customize the confirmation email for users who subscribe in a form created by this plugin?

    Which status are the users sent using this plugin? As far as I understand, if the status are “Pending” Mailchimp sends automatically a generic opt-in email?

    Hi @brunozengrowth,

    You can modify the confirmation or welcome email by logging into your Mailchimp.com account, going to your Audience (list) and then going to Settings > Sign-up forms. There you can modify all the various emails that Mailchimp sends out.

    Alternatively, our Premium plugin contains an Email Notification feature as well, allowing you to send a custom email to everyone that fills out the form.
