Personalization with Oxygen Builder

    Hi there,

    I am using the Oxygen builder with CartFlows, and want to find out if there is a way to personalize the upsell page with the first name of the buyer? I know there are personalization shortcodes you can use with CartFlows, but they do not work in the Oxygen text editors.

    Also, I want to find out why, when I test the flow I sometimes get the following error message on the upsell page:

    “Your session is expired”.

    Do I need to clear my cache after testing?

    Regarding the session expired message, I think that’s because you’ve directly opened the upsell/downsell steps.
