• Hi All, would someone please suggest a good plugin to create a form with the ability to use personalization in the form?

If someone fills their name in step 1 then I can use it in step 2. (ex. Thanks for the info {first_name}, now please complete this section) or (I see you like {blue}, here are some blue jeans in your {size}.)

Then, my client then also wants to be able to offer specific products at the end based on the information supplied by the end-user. So was thinking of conditional logic but wanted to ask if there is another way.

  • The Conditional Logic of WPForms can enable what you describe I think: https://wpforms.com/features/conditional-logic/ – I am unsure about the statement that the choice of products should be at the end. Is it about products from WooCommerce or another store plugin? That could complicate it if necessary.

Thanks for the reply, do you know if they allow for personalization in the form?

What you gave as an example above should be possible with it, yes. But only in the paid version.

Free of charge it might be possible with Contact Form 7 and its addon Conditional Forms. I have no experience with the combination. But if you have questions about both plugins (WPForms & Contact Form 7) you can also contact their support forums.
