Personality Test plug-in

  • Hi everyone,

    It’s been hours that I am looking for a good personality test plug-in.
    I need something that seems quite simple but I can’t find it.

    I want to add a score for each answer of each question.
    Example:
    What is your greatest asset?
    1 – Attentive
    2 – franc
    3 – Selfless
    4 – Quiet
    5 – Sociable
    6 – Optimist
    7 – Adaptable

    For the Answer 1
    Personnality A should win 5 points
    Personnality B should win 3 points

    Etc…
