    Are you able to create quizzes like “personality test” or do you know marketing? type of quizzes?” They usually require score / point weighting system or a way to link outcome to answers and pass that data till the end. Otherwise it could be very complicated. I have a simple diagram of my quiz setup in link.

    Please check it if I can create such setup in Forminator. Thanks!

    Hi @heyreo,

    Forminator only provides two forms of quizzes “Knowledge Quiz” and “Personality Quiz”.

    However, at the moment we only offer a basic workflow, so questions 2-5 in your diagram can be handled by creating the “Personality Quiz”, however, there isn’t any advanced options or features other than that.

    When creating a new Quiz you can enable the option to collect the lead, which can be used to handle question 1 in the diagram. The lead form can be displayed either before the quiz or after.
