Personal User Folders

Hello, the plugin creates automatically personal user folders or i have to create them manually? I see that u can let users access their folders with shortcode [file_manager_advanced login=”yes” path=”$”], is it correct? If this is correct i suppose each user by default have a personal fodler where he can at least upload/download files, can you confirm this? How does the feature work?
