Personal service…Imagine that

  • How cool was that! I reached out to the developer of Import and Export to suggest that they place an Import button at the top of the screen, as well as at the bottom of all of the options, requiring a lot of scrolling.

    Twenty four hours later, there it is! I don’t think I can recall ever having service and follow-up like that from a software developer.

    So when loyal users see the Start Importing button at the top of their displays, they can thank me for that. Okay, and Javier. Mostly Javier. Okay, it’s all Javier!

    Thanks to you for bringing that little big improvement to the user experience of the plugin.

    It is a pleasure that there are users who value this personal treatment between users and developers, without big protocols to communicate.

    And well, it took me a short time but I would have taken less time if I wasn’t on vacation hahaha.
