    I am using plugin, when users subscribe to email list then they are asked to confirm subscription in their mail and after that they are transferred to another page which reads “confirm you are human” and on this page my personal contact information is shown to them like my address and other contact information. Please help me disable this “i am not a robot” confirmation. Instead i want to directly subscribe user once “confirm subscription” is done from there email.

    Sorry that you are experiencing this problem.

    Our Optin Cat form has a “Thank you” page setting in each form created, you may set that your desired page you would like them to go to for example your home page after they have submitted their information.

    But as for the Confirmation Email, our plugin has no way of knowing what user does after they have submitted the form thus they would be redirected automatically to the “Thank you” page you have set right after they have clicked the submit button.

    Best regards,

    Hi Rashaan, Its showing the thanks you page on website but not on link mailed to subscribers. I think this is some setting in mailchimp account. I turned the “human verification” off but still it shows the same. What can be the done to solve this.

    Hi Riishii,
    Could you provide us with a link to your website to view your form so that we may subscribe and see the confirmation email that is displaying your information. This will allow us to have a better understanding of the issue.

    I had the same thing happen when I first integrated with MailChimp – this is a MailChimp function. Here is how to fix it –

    • Go to your MailChimp account,
    • Click on your name in the upper RH corner drop down;
    • Go to “Profile”
    • Go to “Settings” in the menu below your company name and select “Contact Info”
    • Scroll down to “Primary Account Contact” and input the info you want to show up when the double-opt-in is used and save it

    As far as I know, there is no way to turn this off now and is a way to protect people who subscribe. MailChimp is trying to fight abuse.

    I hope this helps,
    Mike
