Personal Details tab

    Hi,
    As i said before, in my project (healthcare praticians sharing skills), users can be members of several groups upon their education, credentials and habilitation. So groups are setup with different access levels in mind. One can be a member of Group A only and another one can be a member of A and B. Each member of an upper level is also a member of the levels below.

    Their main personal details (section) are identical for each group. But they appear several times in their profile page. If someone is a member of 3 groups he has 3 personal details tabs with same data in his profile page. Is there a way to display it once only ?

    Hello,
    digging the forum again and I found this very similar question :

    It could be great if you can tell me a way to not display all these very similar tabs. (Renaming tabs is does not remove the pb)

    Hello Brunov99,

    The My Profile page shows details for all groups a user belongs to. If a user is member of multiple groups, then it will show field sections of all those groups. You can rename the sections for other groups. However, merging of similar sections among groups isn’t something can be done.

    There doesn’t seem to be a way of getting away from this as the email field is automatically inserted into all groups a user is a member of. Very frustrating as I too don’t want these groups/sections visible ??
