Do Elementor and Elementor Pro plugins process any personal data of the end users of the websites for which your plugins are installed (be those users registered or just visitors)?

    Hi @sandraboulin,

    Thank you for contacting Elementor.

As mentioned in our privacy policy, we collect some data related to the use of the Elementor software.

We collect the email of the website admin that uses our software, as well as some of the following, depending on your specific use: the IP address of said server, the license key, and the following information: Server software & version, MySQL version, PHP settings & version, WordPress version, WordPress debug mode, WordPress memory limit, WordPress max upload size, WordPress settings (permalink structure, multisite, language, theme, plugins), Site URL, number of custom templates saved to Library, number of posts using Elementor, and number of widgets used.

Other than that, we don’t really collect any data you may use or have in your site, all responsibility for data you process on your website is your own.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Dear Elementor Team,

Many thanks for your reply. Is my conclusion correct that you only collect the personal data of the website on which your plugins are installed. But you do not collect any personal data of the end users of those websites (e.g. random visitors and account holders of the website on which your plugins are installed)?

    Best regards,

Beyond this, we do not collect any other data from your site, all responsibility for data you process on your website is your own.

    Dear Milos,

Many thanks for listing the information gathered. Still, I’d appreciate if you could confirm whether my understanding in the previous message is correct or not: “you do not collect any personal data of the?end users?of those websites (e.g. random visitors and account holders of the website on which your plugins are installed)” – is this correct? If you could complement your previous explanation by a “yes” or “no” confirmation, it would help a lot.

    Many thanks in advance!
