Another thing: you might want to make the indented post titles and the indents on paragraphs line up.

It’s simple and clean, but you might want to make the mouseovers (on the left) a little lighter. That shade of pink against the gray makes it harder to read.

Also, a comment preview would be rather useful, as well.

I wanted to make a comment on how much I appreciated reading your site. My wife and I have been experiencing our own troubles, and reading about your experiences (especially your positive results, CONGRATS!) has been good for me. I can’t quite say how, but its good to know that we aren’t alone out there.

On a side note, my reason for creating my own site/blog was in response to our first “false-positive”. It got me thinking about how to keep the family in touch. You know that phone call that you have to make to each and every family member is exactly the same, so I thought that getting it online meant I only had to “say” it once and then everyone could read it as soon as possible.
