    Hi @floridante

As per our debug we found that you are using the Premium version of “Photo Gallery by Supsystic” plugin.

We tried to set up the Free version of “Photo Gallery by Supsystic” at our end to check the scenario but it has lots of PHP warnings, errors and the plugin is not working.

Without properly debug we can not say anything.

Also when we click on ‘Popup Anything’ link element our popup is coming perfectly but in background “Photo Gallery by Supsystic” plugin popup is coming it means some generic JS is going to be conflict.

We will try to get the premium version and check what is going on. Right now Popup Anything is working perfectly.

    Hi,
Popup Anything is working perfectly on our website right now because we’ve performed a rollback to version 1.9.2.1. Up to this version both plugins, “Photo Gallery by Supsystic” and “Popup Anything”, worked fine side by side.

@patelketan @floridante This too is the case for us. Anything from version 2 upwards breaks our website. We are not using any other additional plugin but Pop-anything from this author. In another thread it is mentioned that there needs to be a database update if updating the plugin from an older version (this is the case for us). Please provide more feedback on what to do here as we would like to update the core plugin and even look to purchase the premium version thereafter if successful.

    Hi @marcel-rossouw,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Need to update “Database Update” for version 2.0.

After “Database Update” our plugin will work properly.

Please come to our website and live chat with us for more queries.

    Thanks.
