• Dear Robert,

    Thank you for a fantastic plugin. You are a credit to the WordPress community with this plugin. We have tried a variety of similar ones and clearly prefer yours.

    I have a question in the hope that you may have a solution. We have three notifications that state:

    • Kadence Blocks Pro is not activated. Click here to activate.
    • Kadence Shop Kit has not been activated. Click here to activate.
    • Warning! You didn’t set your WooCommerce Price Based Country Pro license key yet, which means you’re missing out on updates and support! Enter your license key.

    These notices persist even after your plugin is active and we don’t seem to be able to ‘hide notice forever’.

    Would you have a suggestion for a solution?

    Sorry for the very late response, and thank you for the positive feedback. I am glad to read you like the plugin.

    In regards to your issue, offhand it is difficult to say why these banners aren’t being captured by our plugin. We would need to try the plugins ourselves.

    Since they are premium plugins, would you be able to send us a copy at [email protected]? We’d like to test them out. Please make reference to this forum thread in your email.

    Thanks for the follow up! I have set everything up and addressed some questions back (also via email).

    Let me know once you can confirm those for me; I am really curious to see if everything gets fixed once you completely remove our plugin and reinstall it once again.

    Things went smooth on my testing site using latest WordPress core version, and PHP 8.3 , and I wonder if this might do the trick as well for you – reference proof here

    I conducted a few more tests and confirmed that system notices and errors, such as those informing you that a plugin won’t function without a license, cannot be permanently hidden by design. These notifications are generally considered important for most users, which is why they will remain visible, and currently cannot be hidden

    That said, I completely understand your situation. I’ve submitted an internal ticket for our team to explore potential options for addressing this in a future plugin update, though I can’t make any promises at this stage.

    Thank you for your post. At the moment we are very busy with the other plugins, so the progress on this plugin is very slow. Also, we will not be looking into this particular thing or sharing any feedback before we start looking into the next update, which could be months for now. I am sorry we cannot share more, however, I am confident you understand this, considering this is a small side and free project.
