This plugins doesn’t seem to cater for persistency for anonymous user.

For example, if the anonymous user doesn’t wish to log in but he wish to attempt the quiz, there is no persistency if, let’s say, the user accidentally refresh the page at question 2. The quiz loads back to question 1 all over again.

Another example would be if the user has completed the quiz. After that he browse to other parts of the website, then he wish to re-attempt the quiz. I would want to show to the user that he has done the quiz. Is there a way to implement this persistency so that the plugin can remember the session?

Alright thanks. Another question. Is it possible to export the result data through a webhook?

Can I export the result data through API? So that I could save the data into my own database.

There is a hook when the quiz is submitted. You can use the hook to select the data and do anything with it.
