Persistant Object Cache

    Using page caching. What I recently read the I should use a ‘persistent object cache’. I am not quite sure if this is database related or can be covered by WP-Optimize?

    Hello,

    Yes, for example a database query cache, so rather than running the same SQL query multiple times, the results are already cached and available.

    You need to make sure your site has access to something like a Redis or Memcached server and then you can install an appropriate WordPress plugin.

    Your host should be able to give you more information about this.
