persian || arabic Project category filter not working

hey there,
Thanks for sharing this awesome plugin.
there is an issue with persian OR arabic’s Project category , the filter module not working correctly on them , and when user click on a category , All shown ,
i read the php files and js files and modified them (i was thinking about issue on URL encoding but no chance on it ?? )
