permit editors to use admin panel for cformsII plugin

For the first time I’m administering a site for which I deal with the upkeep but I have editors dealing with the content. I’d like to be able to permit my editors to create forms using cformsII but I don’t want to permit my editors from doing other admin sort of stuff. Is there a way to grant editors the sort of permissions necessary to allow them to access the admin panel that comes with cformsII without giving them access to everything else administrative? Thanks!
