We’ve been using EMR for years without issues, but the most recent version appears to remove the permissions, resulting in 403 errors (Owner/Group is correct).

I am using “Just replace the file”, in case that matters.

Hey @d3sd3v – thanks for your message and for using EMR ??
I have some doubts that this has to do with EMR but rather with some changes in your hosting.
Anyway, let’s rule that out: could you please downgrade EMR on your website and see if you can still replicate the issue noted?

I’d appreciate your follow-up on this,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,
Happy to report that you’re right: I just did a test on our live server (I’ve been working on staging, which is where I found the permissions problem) and the most recent version of EMR works perfectly.
I will talk to our hosting, since it’s clearly on their side.
    Thanks for the help!

Thank you too for your follow-up, good to hear you’ve got it figured out!
If you want to leave a review for our plugin here it would mean a lot to us! ??

    Best regards,
    Alex
