Permissions on 3.1 multisite

Superadmin can see and modify the analytics page, but on certain sites the Administrator cannot and gets spun to their default site dashboard. (each site with a mapped domain can enable the GAFWP).

The admin menu manager doesn’t seem to be at fault, though maybe the recent update of the Domain mapping could be the culprit …

Is this something that anyone else has observed?
