Permissions messed up for some reason

Hi all,

hope you can help. I was working on the reservation system for web of our new Escape Game and for some reason it seems some of the files on the FTP are not accessible. You can check the screenshot to see problem probably clearly explained than by myself ??

What should I do to make it work again?
