Permissions for sending attatchments

I’m using Contactform 7 and people can add attachments to their messages. When I logged on as administrator use the form the mail is sent with the attachment. I have the form on a password protected page. If I use it when logged on as anything less than administrator the mail is sent but the file not attached. Is there a solution?
