Permission rights

Hello,
we get the error: “Du hast nicht die erforderlichen Rechte, um auf diese Seite zuzugreifen.”

The plugin had worked before without errors for several months. I supposed that the data limit had been exceeded. So, I deleted some older backups to reduce the data, but also database backups end up with the a.m. error.
