Permission problem with images

Hi,

I have problems with the upload of images. They are not shown and in the browser I get the error message:

“You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/114-s.jpg on this server.”

If I upload an image with ftp to that folder then there is no problem.

What’s wrong ?
