Permission problem Plugin page

  • Hi there,

    I searched and didn’t found a solution to my problem. The thing is that I get a permission denied only on one page (installed plugins” on the admin area. I get: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    More about the problem:
    This happens only when I click on “installed plugins” when I am logged in. Every other aspect of the site is working, even plugin installation. this happens only when I visit the page through: “https://www.mobilmag.dk/wp-admin/plugins.php?page=plugins.php”
    But not when I visit the same page through “https://www.mobilmag.dk/wp-admin/plugins.php”

    I tried to disable all plugins, save all settings again etc… nothing could fix the problem. would you help me resolve my issue?
