Permission problem for uploaded pictures

Hiya,

whenever i try to upload a picture via the included uploader, the pictures aren’t shown in the post. My wp-content folder has the permissions 755 and the uplods folder 777.
The upload itself is working fine, as i can see the pictures in my ftp program (picture and created thumbnail). The thumbnail has permission 640, but the normal picture only 600. Is there a way to solve this problem?
