[Plugin: Duplicator] Permission failed when creating package

  • Hi guys,
    I want to use Duplicator in order to back up my WP site.
    The problem was when i was creating a new package, it failed all the time related to permissons.

    Permissions Fail
    Required Paths
    Fail [/var/www/html/wordpress/]
    Fail [/var/www/html/wordpress/wp-snapshots]
    Fail [/var/www/html/wordpress/wp-snapshots/tmp]

    When i was accessing the WordPress directory, i didn’t see any wp-snapshots folder as well as tmp files.
    And just for test, i created wp-snapshots with tmp file and chmod 777 for WordPress folder and all file inside but it still failed.

    So what should i do?
    @i’m running WP on instances on Amazon EC2.
