‘Permission denied’ instead of #

    Hi,

    Whenever I try to download that I don’t have the proper role for, the page simply reloads. The link in my browser says /downloads/#, so this behaviour is to be expected.

    However, user find this counter-intuitive, they believe something is broken.

    Is it possible to give some warning in this specific case?

    (This issue is somewhat related to Triskall777’s)
