Permission

    That is odd… Have you checked with with your host to make sure the path exists? Are you getting the error on the installer or when building a package?

    I am getting the error when i want to build a package. Server guy told me that file is in root folder, just like my wordpress files and that is why there is a problem with permission. I can change the permission of files and folders, but i am uncomfortable changing for everything (since i have no idea where this file is).

    I would have your host look at this documentation to help get you setup based on the WP standard.
