    Hi @tec2go ,

Have you made any major recent changes or updates? I tested this on our test site and didn’t find this issue. It seems like a third-party is causing this issue.

Here’s the testing procedure on our test site:
    – On site loading: https://prnt.sc/t1ib97
    – Added a product to cart: https://prnt.sc/t1i9vm
    – Remove it: https://prnt.sc/t1ia71
    – Reload site with “Hide if empty” turned on: https://prnt.sc/t1iage

This is not an inherent issue within our plugin. It’s likely to be a conflict with 3rd-party plugins. Concerning this kind of issue, we can only provide customization service if you’re a Premium user of our plugin. This is our policy.

    Hope you will understand.
    Best regards.

    Hi @tec2go ,

What I was trying to clarity is, all those screenshots you saw was from OUR test site. WE did test this on our test site, no issues were found. Hence, this is in fact not an inherent issue in our plugin. It’s likely that another plugin or the theme you’re using is causing this error. Our test site only includes WPC plugins and default WooCommerce settings.

Concerning issues with third-party plugin or theme, we can only provide free customization service for Premium users. If you’re using the Premium one, you can kindly contact our dev vis this page. They will reach back and check the code files on your site to fix it.

If you’re using the free version, unfortunately, there’s nothing further I can do for you in this case. This is because in order to fix the incompatibility with third-party plugin, we need to access the admin area of your site. It will be a time-consuming process.

Hope my explanations are clear enough.
    Best regards.
