permanent, floating footer

hello,

i’m looking for a plugin or a hack which would let me have a footer text constantly visible at the bottom of the browser i.e. not dependent on scrolling. an example can be seen here

i apologize in advance, since this has probably been asked too many times before, but i just couldn’t find any info about it because i’m not sure what’s the common name this technique.

will appreciate some advise!
