    Hello. Tell how to add the IP address from which there are attempts to log in to permanent blocking? The site runs on an IIS web server.

    Hi,

    You will need to to block the IP in the Blacklist Manager.

    I tried to add IP there, but it did not work, I think, because I do not have a .htaccess file, because web server not Apache.
    The issue was solved by adding a snap-in to block addresses in the IIS console.

    Yes, you are correct, the block IP functionality uses the .htaccess which is why it didn’t work. Thanks for letting us know your solution.
